ContentCaboodle.com is a free content article directory. This means that any webmaster, publisher, or editor may re-print your article(s) subject to the basic terms and conditions outlined on this site. If you are an author that charges a fee for publication of your articles or requires that special terms be met prior to publication of your work you should not submit your writings to this site.

Copyright and Violations:
The ContentCaboodle.com policy prohibits the use of copyrighted material in a manner that violates the copyright owner's rights. In general, this means that authors should only submit their own original written work to which they have natural copyright.

In cases where copyright is disputed (usually as a result of plagiarism or unauthorized copying), articles will be removed without recourse or discussion, regardless of the arguments presented by the disputing parties.

Authors should also be aware that there is significant personal exposure if they are found to be in violation of copyright laws. Individuals who violate copyright law are legally liable and subject to possible fines.

Author Earnings:
As incentive for authors to submit their best writings to the ContentCaboodle.com directory, Bannon Productions offers a lucrative payment schedule to authors based upon collective page views to their published articles on this web site. All page views shall be manually reviewed for authenticity prior to qualifying for payment. By accepting the Author's Terms of Service authors are agreeing to not attempt to circumvent or manipulate page view counts in any way.

We are reviewing every page view to every article prior to issuing payments, and unqualified page views--such as but not limited to false hits created by bots or other scripting measures--shall be discounted from the author's total count used to calculate payable earnings at the sole discretion of ContentCaboodle.com and Bannon Productions.

Author's shall not collect additional earnings from ContentCaboodle.com or Bannon Productions for views of their articles collected on 3rd party web sites that have republished the material from ContentCaboodle.com. Payment eligible page views are only those views to an author's articles on the ContentCaboodle.com pages where the articles are published.

Author Promotions:
While we do not permit or tolerate any attempts to manipulate page view counts, we do allow and encourage authors to engage in promoting their articles and increasing human page views. We have even provided an easy-to-use Social Bookmarking button on article pages so that authors and other visitors to the web site can responsibly submit articles to any of the most popular social networking and bookmarking sites such as Digg, Delicious, Facebook and etc.

Earning Rates:
Authors shall earn the following rates for page views to their published articles on ContentCaboodle.com with payments made on a monthly basis on the 26th of each month for the previous period.

All payouts will be made via PayPal.com

Since payments are made on a per 1,000 page views basis, any eligible page views not qualifying for payment in a period will roll over to the next month. For example, an author with a collected 10,235 page views in March would receive $30 on April 26th for 10,000 of those page views, and the remaining 235 page views would be added to the author's count total for April.

General Issues:
ContentCaboodle.com and Bannon Productions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
