Open Question: My mom boyfriend and I will be going to vegas in July, should we drive or fly?
We live in Colorado so it's about a 12 hour drive. We plan on renting a car if we drive. My mom is terrified of flying after having a bad experience the first and only time she's flown so i don't want to push the flying idea too much. I was wanting to save some time though and with the cost of gas, the rental car, a motel in case we stop off somewhere between vegas and colorado for the night, i was wondering if flying would be cheaper. About how much are airplane tickets to vegas usually? We plan on being gone for 4-5 days and we were probably going to rent a car while we were in vegas to use to get around if we did fly so shoudl we just drive the entire way? read more...

Open Question: cheapest way to get a car for 4 months?
I am a 17 year old who lives in Tampa, FL. I got my drivers permit kinda late so I'm getting my license on Febuary 2nd and turning 18 in April. My parents are planning to get me a car but the problem is i'm only going to ride it for 4 months b/c I'm going to another country in late May.
