There are many different tools around today to choose from that do many different jobs but they all have one thing in common they are all designed to help you. Whether you want to make a piece of art or even if you just want to change some oil in your car chances are some tools could make your job a lot easier. Nowadays not only are there more tools but there are also more tool manufacturers so if you have a bad experience with one company you never have to buy off them again.

There are many sorts of cutting tools nowadays here are a few examples.
Hacksaws are good because they cut metal very fast but also accurately and they only take about 1mm of metal off. The blades are very cheap and don’t break very often you would expect to pay about $25 for a decent hacksaw but it is well worth the money paid and if you treat it right it may become your best friend. You can also get sheet metal shears these are like side cutters that cut thin sheet metal they are very sharp so you have to be careful using them so you don’t cut your fingers off.

You can also get many sanders nowadays hers a short rundown on the two main sanders out there today. Belt sanders basically just have a belt of sand paper on them that goes around at a few thousand revolutions per minute they are very good for shaping something very quickly but are quite useless for light sanding. A Palm sander is a little sander that fits the palm of your hand they are perfect for if you have a tight space that you need to sand or if you just want to do some lighter sanding.

Welders are very handy to have as you never know when you may have to connect two pieces of metal together. There are four main types of welders out there and I will explain what each of them are. Arc Welder’s are great because they are cheap and they will weld very thick metal but they are not very good for welding thin metal as it will just blow a hole in the metal most of the time. Mig Welders are very good value for money as they will weld thin or thick metal and you also only have to have one arm free as the wire is fed from the machine not you. Gas welders are quite expensive as you have to hire the gas but they can also be used to bend metal without stressing it and also to melt metal.
Tig Welders are easily the best welders as they will weld many different sorts of metals they are very pricy though which is a draw back as they are great welders. Tig Welders can also weld a lot hotter than normal welders so you are guaranteed to penetrate the metal instead of the weld only going in 1mm.
