Car polish is a coating applied to a cars surface to minimize scratches and give the car a smooth finish. Car polish should only be applied to a clean car. Both liquid car polish and paste car polish have advantages.
Applying car polish to the surface of a car can minimize scratches and smooth out the finish of the car. It can be applied professionally at a body shop or car wash or you can apply it yourself by rubbing it on the surface with a microsoft cloth.
Car polish and car cleaner polish are not the same thing. Car cleaner polish removes leftover debris such as bug splatter, bird droppings, and minor scratches. With car polish, the shine of your car is protected for as long as one year.
Car polish should be applied only after you have washed your car. Polish your car in only one spot at time. Put a dab of car polish on a clean microsoft cloth and apply in a circular motion. Allow the polish to dry before buffing the area with a new clean microsoft cloth.
Paste car polish and liquid car polish give about the same results. Paste car polish should only be applied by hand. You can polish more cars using liquid car polish because you can use a machine to apply it. Paste car polish costs more up front but is a better value because it gives you more than twice as many polishes as liquid car polish.
