Open Question: How to rent my corporate housing to Intel?
I have a few houses that are close to Intel offices - Rio Rancho in NM and Chandler in AZ. Is it possible to furnish and rent them as corporate housing for Intel? Does anyone know how Intel find housing for the employees who are relocating and in the process of finding permanent housing? Most companies would just do apartment style corporate housing from an apartment complex. Is it a possibility for these Intel regional offices to work with smaller landlords like me? Any input is appreciated!!   read more...

Resolved Question: can a CA landlord force you to reapply for an apartment if you need to be accommodated due to illness? ?
