Open Question: Tips for starting a small computer repair company?
I've been working some ideas out in my head lately, and have decided that I want to start a computer repair business. I want to cover computers and home theater consultation. I wouldn't mind doing home theater installation, but that would be later down the road. Some of the things i'm concerned with are the following: - Can anyone help me with insurance issues, I would worry about being sued for a repair job gone bad. -Has anyone done this kind of work and been successful with advertising and marketing, what'd you do? -What kinds of things should I look out for in the future with this kind of business? I'm worried about repairs I can't handle or finish, but I have a few friends who I could subcontract. What else do I need to know. Open Question: Is it better to get hired as a waitress at a small business or at a large business like Olive Garden?
Does it make more sense to try to get hired as a waitress/server at Olive Garden or at a small business? Would Olive Garden do tip sharing? Because I don't like that idea, I do like the benefits they offer.
