It is a common set-up in offices for employees to be assigned with a desktop to work with. Given this setting, it makes a lot of sense to use a clocking system which can be incorporated in this equipment. Daily time software then is installed in each of the employee’s computer which they can then access to log in their attendance. This method is proven to reduce cost and thus saves time on the part of the business.

What’s good about this system is that it is automated. Since it is so, employees can not tamper the system. Information keyed in by employees will be fed to the system and will then be consolidated by the program. This process ultimately makes it less tedious to perform as there is lesser paperwork tracking and will result in elimination of human error.

There are actually two kinds of daily time software: the single computer time clock and the network time clock. Single time clocks are for set-ups where employees each have a desktop to work with. If not all employees have their own desktops assigned to them, then a network daily time software computer can be assigned in a post so employees can access it. All they need to do here is to log in using the password or code assigned to him or her. Once this is done, the computer will them automatically feed the information to the system. This information then is automated and easily consolidated. Thus, reports are easily generated.
