Go to Yahoo Answers
Use the yahoo answers advanced link near search for questions search box
In the advance search fill these

In keywords select all these words and type "make a website" without quotes
In search keyword matches select questions
In category select "all" option
Filter "select all English questions"
Question status - select "open questions"

Date submitted - select anytime ( all we need is it must be open to answer)

5. You will find many questions, select them and click answer question and give a genuine but short answer.
