Open Question: How do I fix program errors?
When I am using applications like Firefox, or Internet Explorer, it always errors out. It also errors out a lot when I play games like Counterstrike. I have tried reinstalling Windows, I have tried adware scanners, registry cleaners, but nothing seems to work. Is there any thing else I can do? Is it possible for me to buy some kind of hardware that will allow me to fix this?
Here are some specs of my computer:
Intel Pentium D CPU 3.00GHz
1.99 GB of RAM
Please let me know if you need additional information. Thanks.

Open Question: Why does my internet explorer get this error?
When I open and run my internet explorer, everything is fine. I can even open multiple windows with no problem. But when I proceed to close one of the multiple windows, the entire program shuts down with the Window's "Encountered and unexpected error, windows must close this application" message. And it of course gives the option to send error report, etc.
HOW CAN I FIX THIS?! Best answer to whoever can help me resolve this prob.
PS I have Windows XP, and Int. Ex. 11. I've ran registry cleaners and mal-ware software, but this didn't fix anything.

For Windows users the registry is a key system component. Bad or malicious entries into the registry can cause everything from slow performance to a full-blown nightmare where your system won't even boot up.
Despite its importance the Windows registry is an often overlooked and neglected configuration file.
In large part that's because the registry is highly technical and can be intimidating to the average user. Fortunately there are a number of good tools available for keeping your registry file clean, and your PC working in top condition.
The unfortunate part is that there are many different registry cleaners and not all of them are aggressive enough to dig deep into the registry file to catch all of the errors you might have.
There is no real best registry cleaner to recommend, many do a good job; but the thing you want to look for is a registry cleaner that does a deep scan for invalid registry keys and program shortcuts. These are the most common problems that affect systems because they cause Windows to believe there are programs in places that there really aren't, and that slows your PC performance.
Another important feature of a quality registry cleaner will be startup management. Many programs push little pieces of themselves into your startup sequence upon installation. These often aren't necessary, especially for programs you don't use on a daily basis, but by being there they are using up resources in the background and slowing your PC down.
Most important is a backup feature. Any quality registry cleaner will create and save backups of your registry prior to making any changes or repairs. This is a safety issue on the off-chance that an accidental edit is made or error occurs, you can then restore the backup of your registry file and continue using your PC. Without the backup you could be forced to reinstall Windows from scratch in the event of an error.
It's amazing that some registry cleaners don't offer this feature given how critical it can be, yet some don't so be sure any registry cleaner you use has a backup option available and turned on.
Finally is price. It can be hard to assess the value of repairing your PC without the loss of files because some people use their computers for fun while some others use them for business; and some registry cleaner providers prey on that fact.
In looking at those programs I believe to be among the best picks all of them have a price of around $30 per license, so that's probably a good guide for you to go with. Any software that's much more than $30 should be seriously looked at before purchasing to see why it's so much more than the rest, and any programs that are much lower than $30 should be used with caution and questioned as to what they may be missing in order to charge so much less than the rest.
Among the best registry cleaners I've used, the Registry Toolkit is my personal favorite for both effectiveness and ease of use.
