A while back we instituted a "one article submission per day" policy for all authors at Content Caboodle as a way to combat the growing flood of low quality junk submissions being made by automated software and bots.
These submissions are valueless for us and those making them. They never pass our human reviews and reach published status, so they do not benefit the people behind them. But what they can do is take away valuable time from our review staff that should be focused on providing service to our legitimate members. That's the biggest reason why we created the new policy, to ensure better service to our respected members.
That move was made after careful review of our member's activities revealed that very few of our valued authors ever submitted more than a single article on a given day.
However, there are always exceptions to every rule, and in this case some of our legitimate authors like to write multiple articles over the course of several days, and then submit them all at one time rather than logging in and submitting each article individually as they're completed.
Our new policy didn't allow for that, and some of our authors expressed their displeasure in this, though all were understanding when we explained our reasoning for the new policies, and applauded our efforts to maintain a higher level of service for them.
Still, there has been enough concern expressed over the new policy that we've taken another look at it, and come to the conclusion that there is a happier middle-ground to be reached that will continue to weed out the low quality junk submissions, and at the same time allow our most trusted members to freely submit as many articles as they want or need to, without limitations.
So, going forward, while our Regular and Premium Authors will still be limited to a single submission per day, those members who have reached our coveted Expert Author level will no longer be limited in any way.
There are two ways for a member to reach our Expert Author level
The first is to simply write and submit great articles. Our reviewers are always looking out for well written, highly entertaining and informative articles; and when they see one they flag that author for promotion. That proposal then gets sent to one of our senior editors who reviews the member's account and submitted article(s), and if the senior editor agrees with the promotion proposal, the member is instantly elevated to a higher level.
This system works well. It's completely based upon merit, and rewards quality.

But, no system is perfect, and that's why we've created a second path to Expert Author status for any member who feels their efforts have been overlooked.
With our "Second Path" option, any member with an already approved and published article on our site can purchase Expert Author status and ensure that they receive the expedited and elevated services from us that they desire.
We believe this is fair since Expert Author status does not guarantee approval or publication, it simply promises that your submissions will receive the normal review process within 24 hours. Submissions from Expert Authors must still conform to all of our Submission Guidelines.
We have set it up so that members can pick a payment option that meets their needs and budget, and since we always want to promote long-term dedication will reward members who select the longer subscription periods with a lower price point. The cost for purchasing Expert Author status is:
We want to stress again, that Expert Author status does not guarantee approval for your submissions. It only guarantees the expedited and elevated services listed above. Your articles will still need to meet the same standards as always to be approved.
