Resolved Question: Is There Anyone Out There that can Help me Understand Ex-Girlfriend??? So tired of living in a Lie...?
Hello everybody!
This is going to be a pretty long story so please bear with it!
I will give good ratings for anyone that gives me an honest opinion
Basically I need help understanding my ex-girlfriend because back about 2 months ago she broke up with me because she said that she fell out of love with me. Although this happened she still sometimes said that she is in love with me and does love me. That's not the worst part though because I introduced her to one of my ex-friends who was having problems with his girlfriend because she was still adjusting to college. My ex-friend and my ex-girlfriend then started hanging out with each other a lot including going out to dinner and him coming over at night to her dorm. Well after a few days of this, my ex-girlfriend spent the night at his apartment and I went over there despite knowing it was wrong but my gut instinct told me I should which I don't know if should feel bad about it? Before that she also told me that they kissed each other and they weren't drunk but at the same time she said the first thing she thought about was that his lips weren't my lips and that it was a quick kiss. It still devastated me because the worst part is that while she was crying and admitted it, I spent the night with her because I'm still in love with her and cuddled up next to her holding her tight. After that happened, she said she was done with him and that nothing was going to happen between them because she doesn't have a crush on him anymore. She also promised to me that she was done with him and wanted to work on our relationship. However, a few weeks later I found out that they were sending texts to each other and that he would use phrases like "I love ya" and my ex-girlfriend would say "laterz love" or "muah" when ending conversations with him. He would still also ask my ex-girlfriend if she wanted to spend the night and wanted to hang out when he dropped his girlfriend off back on campus. Also, it seemed from their text messages that both of them were going I told my ex-girlfriend that I looked through her texts because I felt horrible about it afterwards but she yelled at me that I violated her privacy and that I had no right to which I know I didn't and I promised her I would never do it again. She told me that she didn't want to be confrontational with my ex-friend and that she didn't want to call him out on things and that her strategy was to ignore him and refuse his offers. However, 2 days ago I did the stupidest thing again and went through her cell phone again when she was in the shower and once again he asked her but this time she said that would be fun and the word affair was thrown in somewhere by my ex-friend in one of the messages. When I confronted my ex about this and asked if she texted him lately, all she said that he asked her to go to the movies which was in the text but not about spending the night. She still doesn't know that I snooped around again because my intuition told me and I feel like I'm selling my principles and I don't want to confront her about it. Please help because I'm so tired about being confused... My ex-girlfriend is sad to and she asked for some space because she said that she didn't have the time or effort for a relationship but I'm afraid if I do my ex-friend will try to steal her away again? I'm just so tired being dragged along also. I cry to myself everyday because I'm still in love with her and can see myself with her in the future. She still wears my clothes and wears my promise ring on her left-ring finger still and it hurts when I see that.I also bring her flowers once in awhile and she is always happy when I give them to her. Is there please anyone out there that can interpret this for me and give me some advice please:-( I need to protect myself to but I want to stay with her...

Living in an apartment can be a very exhilarating experience—especially if you are just moving out of your parent’s house. But because you are young, your landlord may seem to be harsh on you. However, that is not the case. Landlords have a lot of experience when it comes to leasing an apartment to young adults, and know that a firm hand is needed in order for both parties to remain amicable. Landlord issues are par for the course of tenants and you can always find articles where tenants are complaining about their landlords.
One issue with a landlord could be that he or she treats tenants differently. An instance like this may be where he allows one to consistently be late with their rent but is very strict with another on making them have their rent turned in on time. Without knowing both sides of the story, it is easy to assume that the landlord is not being fair. But in all actuality, the landlord and tenant may have come to terms on a different rent due date.
Another issue that tenants can have with their roommates is how well the maintenance on their apartments is taken care of. Some tenants have to repeatedly tell their landlord that they have plumbing problems or some other maintenance requirement before it is taken care of. In order to avoid this issue you can specify how soon you would like emergency maintenance to be taken care of in your lease. That way you will be covered when your landlord fails to provide the service that you require.
Another issue that many tenants have is receiving their deposit for the apartment. This is more likely to happen when you have pets because the landlord can claim that because of the pets the apartment is going to have to be professionally cleaned before he can lease it to someone else. However, you can go out of your way to clean the apartment to the best of your ability to try and get the deposit. Other tenants have a hard time getting their security deposit back from their landlords. The security deposit if for any damages that have been done that are beyond the normal wear and tear of living in a rental for any amount of time. It can also cover the last months rent if you move out mid-month. In order to avoid this issue you can make sure that you provide your landlord with written, not verbal, notice that you will be moving in 30 or more days. And by also cleaning the place extremely well and doing any minor repairs that you need to from your living there you have a much better chance of getting your deposit back.
Landlord issues are nothing new when it comes to tenants who are leasing their home or apartment. But by being mature and doing everything by the book you have a good chance of avoiding them. And if you are worried about a landlord before you lease an apartment, you can always check out any reviews that are available on the apartment and or landlord.
