Burn Fat Off Your Stomach

The basics to get a flat stomach are probably easier than you might believe..
There are some pretty simple ways to get the flat stomach and six pack abs that you want.
Most people go to the gym, come home and eat whatever and whenever they want. This probably breaks the most important rule of getting six pack abs - nutrition counts for 90%! Avoid eating while watching your favorite TV-show since your mind and focus will be on the television and you won't be able to watch the amount of food that you are eating. You may tend to overeat while watching television, while talking on the phone and doing other things while eating in general. Have your meals while sitting at a table and cook just enough for one meal.
Your journey to a flat stomach will always be incomplete if you don't put some mobility into your daily routine. So a flat stomach and six pack abs are out of the question if you don't regularly exercise. Doing hundreds of crunches a day is not good enough and frankly, crunches suck. Think about your whole body and not just about your abdominal. Your stomach, together with your lower back, is the core of your body and you need to strengthen everything around it. When you decide to go for six pack abs, cardio exercises are a must to lower your bodyeven faster. This kind of exercise also increases stamina and heart condition, it burns fat in a quick way because believe it or not, the condition of your heart has a lot to do with your body's natural ability to burn fat. Cardiovascular exercises can be done for only 30 minutes a day, and can be increased to 45-60 minutes. Aside from cardiovascular exercises you can do weight training to get the body that you want.
Water is good for you. Try drinking between 2-3 liters of water every day. The more water you drink, the better (not literally, too much water can actually poison you but now we're talking over 10 liters a day). You don't necessarily have to drink 8 or 9 glasses when you can easily drink more. But you need to drink water everyday to stay hydrated because its good for your body and mind. This also stimulates fat burning and the body's metabolism.
Incorporate good eating habits to your daily routine. Aside from eating every 3 hours you need to make sure that good fats are incorporated in your diet. Some people shiver when somebody drops the word "fat" but the truth is there are fats that are good for your and that your body needs. Fish, flaxseed oil, extra virgin olive oil are the healthy fats and don't forget nuts like peanuts, walnuts and almonds.
Do not skip breakfast, ever. I can not stress this enough. It is the most important meal of the day. When you wake up your metabolism is accelerated and fat starts to burn. Your body is also able to take in more nutrition like vitamins and minerals. You would need enough food to cope with the next few hours, usually around 3 or 4. Fat would burn while you perform your daily tasks. By avoiding a meal, you tend to overeat the next meal. Since you would feel that need to make up for the lost fat. Your. breakfast should contain the most carbs out of all your meals, carbs boost your energy in the morning. Try having less and less carbs as you go through you day.
Now that you've got yourand exercise basic outlines, getting the minimum seven to nine hours of sleep every night is of utmost importance. Sleeping recovers your body and brain. It repairs your muscle cells by decreasing the stress hormone levels.
And finally, you need to be consistent, don't give up after a week. Give yourself at least a month or two to get to know your body and try things out. Your six pack abs just do not just stay there, you need to be consistent with the plan or routine you developed. A flat stomach is easy to get, as long as you put yourself into it and keep pushing yourself!
