The Quickest Way to Lose Weight - How I Lost 14lbs of Fat in 30 Days With Literally No Work at All 

There are many ways to lose weight, including part-time exercises, eating carefully planned food and drinks, going to the gym and lifting some weights, doing crunches everyday, etc. But which one is the quickest way to lose weight? All methods had been proven that they work, but not in the same time span. Some make you lose 10lbs in a month, some 20lbs a month. Here I'll reveal the quickest way tothat I had first-hand experience with.
The quickest way to lose the additional, stubbornthat I personally experienced, is by taking açaí (pronounced as ah-sah-ee) berry supplements.
