There are literally thousands of great Weight loss programs out there, however have you ever given up on aor not followed it through due to a severe lack of motivation? This article will provide you with some much needed Weight Loss Motivation Tips:-

1) The trick with maintaining your enthusiasm is, it is more about your desire and how much you really want it, rather than a lack of willpower. Prove to yourself that you really want toand make a list of reasons why. Read your list first thing every morning and see if you can add more reasons.

2) Usually you have a target weight in mind that you want to reach. Rather than concentrating on your actual weight, think about what this means for you. If it means that you can buy that new dress or those beautiful tight jeans, then make this your goal. Whenever you reach your target weight, reward yourself.

3) Have certain milestones in your mind. Rather than one day just waking up and saying i want to lose weight, give yourself a specific date to aim for. Whether it's your birthday, Valentine's day or a holiday. As mentioned in number two above, having a goal and something specific to aim for can really keep you enthused.

4) Take a photo of yourself once a month, either in your swimming costume or in your underwear. Probably best to invest in a digital camera, so you are the only who gets to see the photos. Believe me you will feel inspired and on top of the world once you begin to see a difference.

5) Don't starve yourself or be so strict everyday of the week. Have something to look forward to on a weekly basis. Just by adding a cheat day, where you allow yourself to eat whatever you like, will not harm the progress you have made in the previous six days and once again this will do wonders for Weight Loss Motivation.

I must admit number 5 is my favourite as this gives me something to look forward to every week and i can literally "cheat" and still lose weight.
