Does A Deficiency In Sleep Cause Dark Undereye Circles? 

There can be possibly countless reasons why we get dark under eyes. There are various misbeliefs, and misconceptions floating around on the internet. Does a lack of sleep in fact cause puffy under eyes to come about?

Then, it's not that the puffy under eyes abruptly appeared. It's more like they are being made more prominent for the reason that your skin color got a few shades lighter.
So if you want to hide the under eye bags better, having a sufficient amount of rest will get your skin tone back to normal, and your eyes will not be so hollowed, and depressed. But just bear in mind this, a deficiency in rest is not what is causing those dark circles to develop.There is a greater fundamental problem to uncover. Sadly, you will hardly get a direct answer, not even from your physician, as typical an issue as this may be.
