How To Get Rid of Cellulite

We all hate cellulite, and there are some home remedies I can tell you about to show you how to get rid of cellulite, or at least a good bit of it. I know there's a lot of misinformation available online about this, but I'm confident that these tips work, because I've used them myself
The first steps to take towards reducing cellulite are inand exercise. Cellulite comes from the underlying tissues putting pressure ontissue, which makes the fat bulge up under the skin causing the unsightly cellulite.
A good, balanced diet that focuses on low fat intake and includes plenty of onion (onions act as a natural diuretic and help to release excess water from the skin cells), coupled with moderate daily toning exercises will go a long way towards reducing the amount of cellulite you have, and preventing further build up.
Exercises should focus on the legs and buttocks, such as walking, bike riding and stair climbing are excellent. Toned muscles and skin reduce the cellulite fast.
Thoroughly rubbing or massaging areas with cellulite on a regular basis will speed up the cellulite reduction process by helping to increase blood circulation in those regions and break up the stored fat.
The wearing of body shaping (tight) pantyhose will also help slightly, in much the same manner as massaging does, they will place pressure upon the fat as you move which can help improve circulation.
Additionally, certain skin creams containing nutrients can also help to shrink cellulite and moisturize your skin, improving its smooth appearance and texture, however, in the end a healthy diet and regular exercise are the most important tools in how to get rid of cellulite.
