Whenever this is the case and we experience problems with acne, it is necessary for us to determine if we have an over balance of something or if we are lacking in something. Don't try changing all at once, that rarely ever works. Instead, try adding things to youron a regular basis such as salads and fruit. If you continue to do this and eat more fruits and vegetables for a couple of months, you would be surprised to find out that your skin will clear more than if you were taking some kind of pharmaceutical drug.
