Remember when you were in high school? I never really hated any of my classes except for one. The dreaded speech class. The thought of getting up in front of the class was so scary to me. My hands would tremble, my face would turn red, and my voice would be shaky. It was so embarrassing. I figured as I got older my fear would go away, but it never did. That's when i realized I was suffering from panic attacks. I tried every route i could think of to cure myself, but nothing worked. Everyone get's a little nervous from time to time. Sometimes people get nervous before the big game, a hot date, or a meeting with a boss.
