Deadlift-This is a good exercise because if done properly, it hits the hips harder than most exercises can. It will also help your squat improve, and from what i just told you, you already know the higher your squat is the higher your vertical jump will be.
Depth Jump-This is by far the best plyometric to increase your vertical jump because it tricks your mind into thinking your body weighs more than it actually does, cool huh?
