- 56% of U.S. employees were found to be bored at work in a Gallup Survey reported in the Washington Post (10 August 2005).

- 89% Said homework is boring.

- 85% Said school itself is boring.

- 79% Said church or synagogue is boring.

What can be done?

Here are a few ways to help take control of your boredom-

- Stay curious. Curiosity in things you're usually not focused on can help.

- Take action. Set new goals for yourself or start a new project.

- Better yourself. Wether it be learning a new language or excersizing. You will not only cure your boredom but will better yourself in the process.
