Regular Reiki Exercises

Reiki is an age old method of healing that began in Japan. This ancient
healing form is the practice of using the power of positive energy from
a Reiki healer to mend the wounds of another. They send the positive
energy to the recipient to aid their own natural healing.
They believe this is accomplished through the connection between the
human mind, body, and spirit. When the flow of these 3 human elements
is halted or altered in some way, Reiki is used to restore it back to
order so that the blockage won't slow the body's healing process any
further.
When Reiki is performed on someone, this person becomes very relaxed
and comfortable. This is to help the healer by relaxing the spiritual
flow, making it easier for the healer to put the recipient's energy
back in order. The healer will lay their hands just above the person
they are performing on. It is believed that by not touching the
recipient, that it causes the person's spirit to draw on the healer's
instead of just being fed by more well known spiritual healers who will
touch them directly.
This is a good way to assure that the person's spirit is given no more
than what it needs. During a session, the Reiki Healer will sometimes
suggest playing sounds and symbols to also help ease the person into a
calmer and more relaxed state. After Reiki is performed, people most
often tell of feeling peaceful and content.
Reiki takes time to cure your ailments, like any other spiritual
healing therapy. It will not happen overnight. Continued use helps ease
stress and worries, but Reiki sessions must be continued to really help
any illnesses, accompanied by required medicines. It will relieve the
aches and concerns experienced in the average life, and help your mind,
body, and soul relax.
By doing this on a regular basis, it can keep your spiritual self clean
and free of the anxiety of every day life. It is calming and soothing
for the healthy as well as the ill. Reiki healing is the biggest step
towards spiritual relief that you can take. If repeated routinely,
you'll find the world is much less hard to deal with.
