An HDTV can raise the level of your home entertainment system to a whole new level, but deciding which high definition technology to choose from can get confusing. But which HDTV is right for you, a plasma TV, LCD TV or LED TV? Here's a few tips to help you decide....

With so many electronic products on the market today that it is extraordinarily tricky to try and understand what is happening in terms of the names and the technology behind them. The new range is defined as LED and according to the company because there is a higher proportion of LED in the television than in any other product on the market ( the average is 40% ) so they feel that it is fine to call the range LED.

The main difference that exists between the two TVs is the fact that there's a larger degree of contrast with the LED LCD TV. This is because the more intensive use of the back lighting LED implies the shadows of various photographs are way more asserted. This means that overall there's a much sharper resolution for the spectator.

Viewers are attracted to the LED TV due to the fact that it has a whole lot better quality for their viewing experience. But this is not the only reason. Those that are more aware of the environment are extraordinarily thrilled to hear that there is a 40 per cent decrease in the amount of energy that is utilised by these new televisions. That implies that they can have a clear conscience and it is definitely a great selling point for the unit.
